I cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding coordinator! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be.

From the planning process all the way through the wedding day, she was someone I could completely rely on. She was my sounding board whenever I had questions, needed advice, or just wanted to talk through a wedding detail. She was always so helpful, patient, and reassuring, and I truly felt like I had someone in my corner throughout the entire process. She helped me bring my vision to life and made sure everything was set up in a way that allowed all of my wedding-day dreams to come true.

On the actual wedding day, she was absolutely phenomenal. She handled every single detail with so much care and professionalism. She was organized, attentive, calm, and always one step ahead. I never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes because I knew she had everything under control. She paid attention to all the little details while making sure everything flowed smoothly.

What impressed me most was how she handled an unexpected situation that could have completely thrown off our wedding day. Our DJ canceled at the last minute, and somehow, she helped make sure everything continued so seamlessly that I genuinely didn’t even realize how much she was doing behind the scenes to keep everything on track. She remained so calm and made sure my husband and I could simply enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening.

She took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to be fully present with each other, our family, and our friends. Having someone we could completely trust on such an important day was priceless.

If you are planning a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend her. She is organized, dependable, thoughtful, proactive, incredibly talented, and genuinely invested in making your wedding everything you have dreamed of. She went far beyond what I ever could have expected from a coordinator, and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!

We are beyond grateful for EBGB and everything Gracie and her team did to make Hannah's wedding absolutely perfect. This was Gracie's first wedding, and she went so far above and beyond our expectations that it's hard to put into words.

From day one, the communication was outstanding. Gracie listened to every single detail, offering her own creative vision exactly when it was needed, but always making sure the bride's wishes came first — and she turned Hannah's dream wedding into a stunning reality.

The team was there every step of the way, all weekend long, and truly irreplaceable. Nothing was too big or too small for them — unpacking boxes, decorating tables, building a gorgeous charcuterie board, setting up outdoor decor, arranging ceremony chairs, and transforming the arch into the perfect backdrop for the vows. Gracie was proactive, always a step ahead, and handled every last-minute hiccup with total calm and grace.

From early morning until the final late-night moments, EBGB was hands-on and fully invested — we truly could not have pulled off this wedding without their planning and execution. The decorations they designed were so creative and unique, they made this a once-in-a-lifetime event for our family.

And even the day after, when everyone else was running on empty, the EBGB team went above and beyond again with teardown, packing, cleanup, and loading — making sure we didn't have to lift a finger.
